1. Approve:
The regulations on Fonda of development of winemaking of the Agency on regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market and development of winemaking of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing procedure for management of Fund of development of winemaking of the Agency on regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market and to development of winemaking of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also forming of its means and their uses according to appendix No. 2.
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.

To provide to agency on regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market and development of winemaking of the Republic of Uzbekistan equipment with the necessary modern laboratory equipment and carrying out accreditation at the international level of the Laboratory of Oenology unitary enterprise by fund of development of winemaking, and also the organization of experimental production of alcoholic products from grapes, fruit and berries.
