In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 17, 2019 the No. UP-5742 "About Measures for Effective Use of Land and Water Resources in Agricultural Industry" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve Regulations on procedure of payments and cost recoveries of costs on land allocated to the liquidated or optimized farm or other subjects making agricultural products, providing calculation and compensation of market value of costs on land allocated for them in case of liquidation or optimization of land area of the farms or other subjects making agricultural products according to appendix No. 1*.
2. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of agrarian and food spheres Barnoyev U. I. and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hodzhayev Zh. A.
