About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 and of July 19, 2022 No. 812
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for utilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2019, No. 30, Art. 1069; 2020, No. 49, the Art. 1538) and of July 19, 2022 No. 812 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market concerning features of supply of natural gas to producers of heat energy and budgetary institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 59, Art. 3559; 2023, No. 2, the Art. 136, No. 47, the Art. 2547) the enclosed changes.
2. The national commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities not later than during the last day of the month following reporting to inform the headquarters on preparation of objects of housing and communal services and fuel and energy complex for autumn winter period of 2023/24 during warlike situation formed by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2023 No. 515 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 53, of the Art. 2975), on results of monitoring, stipulated in Item 3-4 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2022 No. 812, taking into account the changes made by this resolution.
3. Recommend to local government bodies to take measures to improvement of level of calculations of consumers for heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water, and also implementation at the local level of programs for stimulation (encouragement) of consumers to timely payment of the consumed housing and communal services.
