The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, the Art. 2080, No. 52, the Art. 2981, No. 74, Art. 4492; 2023, No. 2, the Art. 123, No. 47, the Art. 2549) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market

1. In paragraph one of Item of the 5th figure and the word "August 31, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "April 15, 2024.

2. In Item of the 8th figure and the word "August 31, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "April 15, 2024.

3. In paragraph one of Item of 8-1 figure and the word "August 31, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "April 15, 2024.
