1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2013 No. 516 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 22, 2013 No. 571 "About some measures for optimization of management system by institutes of development, the financial organizations and developments of national economy" the following changes:
in appendix 5 to the specified resolution:
as a part of representatives of state bodies for election in structure of the Board of directors of joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek":
state the line "The First Deputy Rukovoditelya of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Supervising Social and Economic Problems (under Approval), the Board Member" in the following edition:
"The special advisor to the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising economic problems (under approval), the board member";
state the line "Minister of the Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Board Member" in the following edition:
"Minister of Industry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, board member".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
