1. Create joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek" (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of Bayterek holding management of the blocks of shares belonging to it on the property right and delivered in trust management (shares in the authorized capital) national institutes of development, the national companies and other legal entities, and also stimulation of development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan by effective management of the legal entities performing activities in the field of agro-industrial complex and the organization of significant large projects.

3. Allocate to the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided in the republican budget for 2013 on urgent costs, 86550000 (eighty six million five hundred fifty thousand) tenges for forming of the authorized capital of the created society.

4. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of joint-stock companies which state blocks of shares are transferred to payment of the placed shares of society;

2) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
