For the purpose of further improvement of quality of rendering legal services to legal entities and physical persons and creation for them favorable conditions in notary offices, according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About notariate", "About appeals of physical persons and legal entities" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 23, 2011 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" I ORDER to No. PP-1602:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for serial registration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities in offices of notary public, according to appendix.
2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (B. Boliyev) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.
3. The REGISTRY OFFICE (D. Yakubov) and to Management of systematization of the legislation and legal information (D. Sajdullayev) to provide to management of notariate, legal profession and bodies bringing this departmental regulatory legal act to data of all interested persons and publication in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of typlama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. Usmanov.
