The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning state registration of vehicles, the admission of citizens to control of vehicles the enclosed changes.
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the third subitem 2, of subitem paragraph two 4, of the subitem 6, of 9, of 15, of paragraphs two - the fourth subitem 16, of the paragraph of the third subitem 18, of the subitem 19 of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in three months from the date of publication of this resolution.
