About modification of some regulatory legal acts in the field of budgeting on program basis and budget transparency
For the purpose of process improvement of the evaluating budget programs and measures performed by the main managers of budgetary funds and authorized state body and also increase in budget transparency, according to article 87 and part 2 of Article 129 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About monitoring and efficiency evaluation of budget programs" of August 1, 2022 No. 436 the following changes:
1) according to the procedure of carrying out monitoring of budget programs and submission of reports on the achievement of indicators of effectiveness of budget programs and measures approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state appendix 1 in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) according to the procedure of efficiency evaluation of budget programs and measures, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- declare Item 19 invalid.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Road map on increase in level of budget transparency and accountability in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2023" of September 9, 2022 No. 501 the following change:
- to state appendix to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
