For the purpose of ensuring execution of the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 2017-2021 in "Year of development of science, education and the digital economy" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 2, 2020 No. UP-5953, and also implementations of procedure for compensation of the damage caused to the population as a result of natural disasters, the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of the damage caused to the population as a result of natural disasters, according to appendix No. 1 *, providing:

the organization and implementation of works on identification and assessment of the damage caused as a result of natural disasters;

compensation of damage to persons injured with natural disasters;

rendering one-time financial support to members of families of the citizens who died as a result of natural disasters and also to the citizens who received bodily harms.

6. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
