About questions of the reporting and disclosure of information on results of financial and economic activities of the state companies, economic societies with the state share in the authorized capital

For the purpose of implementation of the Action plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 29, 2022 No. 699-r according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve format of the reporting and disclosure of information on results of financial and economic activities of the state companies, economic societies with the state share in the authorized capital in which shareholder rights perform the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and other authorities according to appendix.

2. Determine the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized state body by collection and creation of the periodic summary reporting of the state companies, economic societies with the state share in the authorized capital, including shareholder rights of which perform also other state bodies of the power.

3. To provide to the state bodies performing functions of the shareholder on behalf of the state in economic societies with the state share and also the state bodies performing functions of the state managing body of the state company, to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic annually till May 10 of the year following after accounting year provision by the supervised state companies and economic societies with the state share in the authorized capital of the reporting (according to appendix) in authorized state body on collection and creation of the periodic summary reporting.
