I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2019 No. 108 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of development of breeding livestock production, increase in productivity and product quality of livestock production" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18404) the following changes:
in the Rules of subsidizing of development of breeding livestock production, increase in productivity and product quality of livestock production approved by the specified order:
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The executive in charge of local executive body (service provider) creates in ISS of accounts for payment on payment of subsidies loaded into information system "Treasury Client" within 2 (two) working days after confirmation of adoption of the request.
According to the requests which arrived in reserve (waiting list), payment of subsidies is performed on priority according to date and time of receipt of requests, in case of allocation of additional budgetary funds in the current financial year and (or) funds redistribution between the directions of subsidizing based on the resolution of local executive body (service provider) on approval of amounts of subsidies in the directions of subsidizing. In case of lack of additional budgetary funds in the current financial year, according to the requests which arrived in reserve (waiting list), payment of subsidies is performed in the following financial year.";
appendices 1 and 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1 and 2 to this order.
2. To provide to department of livestock production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
