About payment procedure and the sizes of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing

According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the Payment procedure of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing which is applied.

2. Determine that monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars are paid to disabled people, legal representatives of handicapped children who have cars and microcars, - in the amount of respectively 22 percent and 16 percent of subsistence minimum as like as two peas which incapacitated, per month, on transport servicing - in the amount of 29 percent of subsistence minimum as like as two peas which incapacitated, per month.

To persons which are marked out in subitems 2 and 5 of Item 14 of the Procedure approved by this resolution, payment of compensation on transport servicing is performed since January 1, 2008.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 1998 N296 "About Approval of the Regulations on Payment to Disabled People of Compensation on Gasoline, Repair and Maintenance of Cars and on Transport Servicing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 11, the Art. 399);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 21, 2001 N680 "About Introduction of Amendments to Some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001 N 26, the Art. 1171).
