About approval of Changes in the Procedure for carrying out clinical testing of medicines and examination of materials of clinical testing
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), and for the purpose of further enhancement and streamlining of the procedure of carrying out clinical testing of medicines I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the carrying out clinical testing of medicines and examination of materials of clinical testing approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 23, 2009 No. 690, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2009 at No. 1010/17026 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 12, 2012 No. 523) which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):
1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sergey Dubrov.
