I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Provision of republican public institution "Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Provision of republican public institution "Interregional inspectorate for safety of flights" of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of the industry of infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
