ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF QUESTIONS OF STRATEGIC INDUSTRIES OF UKRAINE

About approval of the Procedure for processing and personal data protection in the Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine

1. Approve the Procedure for processing and personal data protection in the enclosed Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine.

2. To heads of structural divisions in which personal data are processed to appoint responsible persons concerning personal data protection and to provide strict fulfillment of requirements of the Procedure for processing and personal data protection in the Ministry of questions of strategic industries of Ukraine approved by this order.

3. To provide to department concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the state secretary Natalya ZAPOLSKAYA.
