About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2014 No. 222

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for pricing (rates) for the natural and liquefied gas, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: electrical and heat energy

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for pricing (rates) for the natural and liquefied gas, electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2014 No. 222, the following changes:

in item 4:

from word part one paragraph two "Ministry of Economics" to exclude;

in part three:

shall be replaced with words words of "US dollar" "foreign currency";

add part with the words "and (or) within their review";

add the Provision with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Costs on economic elements and Articles of their separation by types of products, works, services, the expenses considered when calculating necessary profit of base period are determined from actual costs (expenses) for January-June and the expected costs (expenses) for July-December of base period.";

in subitem 7.7 of Item 7 and subitem 12.6 of Item 12 of the word of "US dollar" shall be replaced with words "foreign currency".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

the paragraph third Item 1 - since September 15, 2023;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
