Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Determine the list of the services relating to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, according to appendix 1.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 15, 2023.

The list of the services relating to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade,

1. In the field of Aeronautical Services natural monopoly:

aeronautical servicing of aircrafts around airfield;

aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of the Republic of Belarus.

2. In the field of Services of the Airports natural monopoly:

ensuring take off and landing of the aircraft;

ensuring aviation safety in zone of the airport;

the above-standard parking of the aircraft on the platform;

use of air terminal of the passenger;

servicing of the decreasing passenger;

providing with aviation fuels and lubricants.

3. In the field of Services of Transport Terminals natural monopoly:
