About recognition voided resolutions of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Determine that resolutions of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix are applied in case of creation of annual accounting (financial) accounts for 2026.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
