Make change to Item 8 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for updating of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers, construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of subjects of managing of rail transport of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2023 No. 517 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 54, of the Art. 3027), having stated paragraph two in the following edition:
"Implementation of advance payment at the rate to 65 percent of total cost of purchase for a period of up to 24 months can be provided in purchase agreements of railway vehicles.".
