About increase in efficiency of foreign economic activity

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for implementation of foreign economic activity and based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2004 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 347-Z

1. Determine that the Agency of Foreign Economic Activity open joint stock company (further - the Agency) is the specialized institute performing support of foreign economic activity * the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - participants of foreign trade activities), according to acts of the legislation and the charter of the Agency.

* Foreign economic activity is understood as the activities of subjects of managing mediating the conclusion and execution of the agreements in foreign trade by them with nonresidents providing paid transfer of goods (including under the commission agreements and agreements which are not connected with movement of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus), property in lease (including under the agreements which are not connected with movement of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus), unsolved information, exclusive rights on intellectual property items, property rights, paid performance of works, rendering services.

2. Determine that support of foreign economic activity of participants of foreign trade activities is performed by the Agency in interaction with state bodies and other organizations in the way:

2.1. assistance to development of export and commodity import (works, services);

2.2. increases in efficiency existing and creations of new instruments of support in the field of foreign economic activity of participants of foreign trade activities, including expansions of access to such support;

2.3. implementation of other activities determined by the laws, presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus, decisions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and other acts of the legislation, the charter of the Agency.
