About functioning of the register of public electronic registers

According to Article part two 40, of item 4 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public electronic registers" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

The enclosed Procedure for maintaining the Register of public electronic registers;

the technical description (specification) on software and hardware of the enclosed Register of public electronic registers;

the list of qualifiers, reference books, technical specifications, etc. which are obligatory to use in public electronic registers, according to appendix.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation:

creation of the Register of public electronic registers based on the National register of electronic information resources by modification of such National register;

development of software product "The register of public electronic registers" by upgrade of program complex of the National register of electronic information resources;

creation and commissioning of software and hardware of the Register of public electronic registers, including means of technical and cryptographic information security, according to the approved technical description (specification).
