About measures of the state support of development of preschool education

For the purpose of the problem resolution of shortage of places in the preschool educational organizations and increases in scope of children preschool education, according to Article 115 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the "Preferential Crediting for Development of Preschool Education" project according to appendix 1.

2. Approve the list of the allocated sites for construction of the preschool educational organizations in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

To provide 1) in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic on 2024 and the next years of funds in the amount of 10000000 (ten million) som for realization of pilot project "Preferential crediting for development of preschool education";

2) to sign the relevant agreements with the open joint stock companies "RSK Bank", "Ayyl Bank", "Keremet Bank" (further - banks) participating in project implementation "Preferential crediting for development of preschool education".

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To charge 1) to the higher educational institutions and average professional educational institutions realizing programs of pedagogical preparation at the expense of special means to create practical laboratories in the form of the preschool educational organizations;
