For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 30, 2022 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 5, 2022 No. 629-VIQD "About modification of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic" and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 15, 1999 No. 122 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the questions of legal regulation connected with it" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES: No. 1893

In the "Rules of carrying out certification of workplaces" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 6, 2000 No. 38 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3 (the II book), Article 227; 2011, No. 5, Article 449; 2018, No. 11, Article 2448; 2021, No. 10, Article 1193) to make the following changes:

1. By part I:

1.1. in Item 1.3 of the word "accepted according to its provisions relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "accepted according to the legislation others";

1.2. in Item 1.4 at the end of the eighth paragraph to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with the ninth paragraph of the following content:
