1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. of April 6, 2022 "About temporary measures for execution of external state debt obligations" the word "early" to exclude No. 212/10 from the paragraph of third of part four of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2022 No. 643/20 "About carrying out separate transactions with government securities":
in word preamble of "the paragraph of the fifth" shall be replaced with words "the paragraph of the ninth of part one";
