1. State part 4 in the following edition:
"4. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic together with local executive authorities creation of opportunities of use by local executive bodies of information which is stored in the information system "Register of Addresses".".
2. Make the following changes in approved by this Decree "Rules of Maintaining the Address Register in the Azerbaijan Republic and Assignments of Addresses to Real Estate Objects":
2.1. In Item 1.5 of the word "The State Committee on Real Estate Questions (Further — Committee)" shall be replaced with words "Public service concerning the real estate under the Ministry of Economics (further - Public service)";
2.2. In Items 3. 3.8, 4.1, in the first and second offers of the third paragraph of Item 4.2 the word "Committee" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words 3, "Public service" in the corresponding cases of noun;
