WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2018 No. 222 and the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2018 No. 244 "About approval of Rules of financing of research, scientific and technical and (or) developmental works as subsoil users during hydrocarbon production and uranium" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17096) the following changes:
to be reworded as follows preamble of the joint order:
"According to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of Article 129 and the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 178 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use" we ORDER:";
The rules of financing of research, scientific and technical, and (or) developmental works as subsoil users during hydrocarbon production and uranium approved by the specified joint order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this joint order.
2. To provide to department of subsurface use of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
