About formation of public institution "Republican specialized plant" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic

3. Approve Regulations on public institution "Republican specialized plant" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
4. To the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the jurisdiction of public institution "Republican specialized plant" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- established posts in number of 48 units, including 10 established posts of the main personnel, 38 established posts of technical and service personnel;
- financial and material resources.
5. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
