2. Determine that in case of statement of inventories of minerals on the state stock balance of minerals by results of implementation by the subsoil user of geological studying of subsoil on the subsoil plot of federal importance, in the case provided by part fourteen of article 7 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" about day of entry into force of this resolution, application for provision of right to use by such subsoil plot according to the Rules approved by this resolution is allowed within 12 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. The realization of this resolution is enabled by the corresponding federal executive bodies in the limits set by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation of number and salary fund of employees of their central offices and territorial authorities and budgetary appropriations provided to the specified federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
