About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the corresponding federal executive bodies within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of workers of these federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the fourth subitem "b" of Item 2 and the subitem "e" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2004 No. 322 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 28, Art. 2899; 2017, No. 5, Art. 807; 2021, No. 41, Art. 6985):

a) in item 4 of the word "executive bodies of subjects" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects";

b) add with subitem 5.2.14 of the following content:

"5.2.14. approves technique of implementation of assessment of impact of objects of cumulative harm to the environment on life and health of citizens;";
