1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive body about the beginning of compulsory acquisition of the parcel of land or other real estate in connection with withdrawal of the parcel of land for the state needs;
2) the information about the owner or the non-state land user (the identity certificate, the document confirming state registration of the legal entity, the certificate of the registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate and its technical characteristics) and other identification documents;
