1. Create "Center of Independent Certification and Validation" organization under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve Regulations on "Center of Independent Certification and Validation" organization under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
