I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods according to appendix.

2. To department of customs statistics, subordinated customs authorities, when forming data of customs statistics of foreign trade in goods to be guided by the Procedure specified in Item 1 of this order.

3. To department of documentary providing (Toktosun of kyza And.) bring this order to the attention of staff of GTS.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of GTS Mukashev K. B.

Procedure for maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods

1. This Procedure is developed according to part 3 of article 150 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation" and determines rules of accounting, forming and data presentation of customs statistics of foreign trade of the Kyrgyz Republic with the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the third countries).
