1. Approve Regulations on regulation of debt load of borrowers - physical persons according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its official publication.

This Provision determines procedure of payments of debt load, admissible value of debt load, and also the maximum daily loan interest rates and to microloans in case of allocation of the credits (microloans) to borrowers - physical persons.
