About approval of Rules of access to services in interstate transfer of electrical energy (capacity) within the total electrical power market of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of implementation of article 81 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and according to Item 5 of the Protocol on the total electrical power market of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 21 to the specified Agreement) Eurasian intergovernmental council solved:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of access to services in interstate transfer of electrical energy (capacity) within the total electrical power market of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
