About modification and amendments in Regulations on conditions, regulations and procedure for provision of pensions of judges and members of their families
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2020 No. UP-6034 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of Activity of the Courts and Increase in Efficiency of Justice", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of conditions, regulations and procedure for provision of pensions of judges the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Take into consideration that according to Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2020 No. UP-6034 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of Activity of the Courts and Increase in Efficiency of Justice":
on the chief of staff, chiefs of managements of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan the payment terms of work and material stimulation established for judges of the Supreme Court, and are extended to other workers entering in managerial personnel of the Supreme Court - judges of regional courts;
at the same time the specified conditions are applied only to persons which were earlier working in judgeship, and operating time of these persons on these positions joins in judicial years of service and is considered in case of award of pension.
2. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on conditions, regulations and procedure for provision of pensions of judges and members of their families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 9, 2019 No. 11 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 1, the Art. 1), according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
