1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 9, 2017 No. 66 "About measures for implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 28, 2016 No. PP-2646 "About enhancement of system of state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 2, the Art. 5) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and questions of reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of Kuchkarov D.
