RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2017 No. 13 and of March 10, 2017 No. 20

Based on Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. from preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2017 No. 13 "About rates for services of transport terminals of" the word", paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2014 No. 130 "About approval of lists of services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", to exclude;

1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2017 No. 20 "About rates for services of infrastructure of rail transport public":

from word preamble", the paragraph of the fifth Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2014 "About approval of lists of services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", to exclude No. 130;

in Item 2:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the infrastructure of rail transport public in transit loads approved by this resolution:
