About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of safety when using atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Determine that legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, foreign legal entities and the foreign organizations created according to the legislation of foreign states and having the representation opened in accordance with the established procedure in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:

has the right to carry out the works and (or) services called in Items 2, of 4, of the 8 and 11 appendix 1 to the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2021 No. 137, based on special permissions (licenses) issued till October 14, 2023. Modification according to this Decree of special permissions (licenses) is made when entering into them of other changes;

to the licensing having the right to continue to perform till June 1, 2024 without special permissions (licenses) not subjects according to acts of the legislation till October 14, 2023 and the works and (or) services constituting activities in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation which are subject to licensing according to this Decree. In case of intention further to carry out these works and (or) services the specified legal entities and the organizations shall get special permission (license) for the right of implementation of activities in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation;

shall hand over till June 1, 2024 in Department on nuclear and radiation safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations originals (duplicates) of the available special permissions (licenses) issued before entry into force of this Decree which contain the works and (or) services which are not subject to licensing since October 14, 2023.
