About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing on podpunktu1 14.4.1 "State registration of bond issue, registration of the prospectus of the issue of bonds, except as specified registration of the prospectus of the issue of bonds for the purpose of the admission of bonds to the biddings on the stock exchange, and also approval of prototype of sample of the form of the bond – in case of bond emission to bearer" (is applied).

2. The thirteenth Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" to exclude the paragraph.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
