About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1 of the resolution:

in the paragraph the second the words "about change of the name, reorganization of the organization, change of surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the individual entrepreneur" shall be replaced with words "about reorganization of the organization,";

the third and fourth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 13.5.1 "Receipt of the license for activities connected with development and production of forms and documents" (are attached);

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 13.5.1 "Receipt of special permission (license) for implementation of activities for development and production of forms and documents, special materials", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.4. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 13.5.2 "Modification of special permission (license) for implementation of activities for development and production of forms and documents, special materials", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.5. the paragraph third subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 13.8.1 "Receipt of the permission to order placement on production (acquisition) of special materials by the customer of special materials" approved by this resolution to state in the following edition:

1.6. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.3.1 "Receipt of the certificate on the state accreditation on implementation of activities of specialized depositary of the allocated assets", approved by this resolution:

in the name of the word "Receipt of the Certificate on the State Accreditation" shall be replaced with words "The state accreditation";

in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
