About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2023 No. 45
Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2018 No. 345 "About registration of the prices of medicines", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about marginal method of calculation of selling prices of producers on medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2023 No. 45, the following changes:
Item 8 part one in paragraph three:
after words "the free (sponsor's) aid," to add with words "the international technical assistance,";
words" and also to exclude leave of medicines with the actual selling (contractual) price exceeding the registered marginal selling price";
third of Item 9 to add part with words ", for the period, determined according to Item 5 of this Instruction".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
