About adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2023 and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2022 No. 987 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2023 - 2025"
According to Articles 41, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: 79 and 111 Budget codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Perform adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2023 according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2022 No. 987 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2023 - 2025" the following changes:
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) the list of priority republican budget investments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, defenses, the industries and constructions, Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution (for office use);";
1, of 2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 8, 9 and 10 to the specified resolution to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, 8 and 9 to this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the interested administrators of republican budget programs to make changes and additions to the consolidating plan of financing according to obligations and payments for the corresponding financial year.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
