About system of the independent identification of goods and technologies which is carried out for the purpose of export control

For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of control of foreign economic activity concerning types of raw materials and materials, the equipment and technologies, scientific and technical information, works and services, products of dual purpose and results of intellectual activities included in the National control list of the Kyrgyz Republic of controlled products according to Articles 6, 8 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About export control", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Rules of receipt by the organizations of permission to the right of carrying out identification of controlled products according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on carrying out identification of controlled products for the purpose of export control according to appendix 2.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform:

- common methodical directorship and state control of observance of licensed requirements;

- maintaining the register of the organizations which got permission to the right of carrying out identification of controlled products.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
