1. Bring in the "Regulations on the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2018 No. 1785 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 1, Article 41; 2019, No. 1, Article 95, No. 6, Article 1027), following changes:
1.1. in subitem 2.0.8 of the word "and environmental protections by aircrafts" shall be replaced with words ", including compliance of civil aircrafts to requirements for environment protection";
