The "Regulations on the Register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 9, 1999 No. 226 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 12, Article 706; 2001, No. 10, Article 640; 2006, No. 5, Article 409, No. 7, Article 590; 2010, No. 7, Article 610; 2020, No. 12 (I book), Article 1477; 2023, No. 1, Article 69) to add with Item 24-1 of the following content:

"24-1. If receipt of the documents or data which are required for receipt of information on real state-owned property from the relevant government institution by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" perhaps, then the specified documents or data are not subject to reclamation at the addressed person. If receipt of such documents or data by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they with the consent of the addressed person, are subject to reclamation at the relevant government institution based on request or to providing with the addressed person.".
