About modification and amendments in the resolution "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure for Cash Write-off from Bank Accounts of Business Entities"

According to the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDE:

1. Make changes and addition to the resolution of Board of the Central bank, Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2011 No. No. 35/4, 82 and 2011-41 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for cash write-off from bank accounts of business entities" (рег. No. 2342 of March 15, 2012) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 11, the Art. 127) according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
