Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring on representation of the Ministry of Health in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2022 No. 110 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 organization (Ministry of Health) "The report of the organization of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the word "subordination the state organizations of health care" shall be replaced with words "subordination (system, structure) the state organizations of health care (division)";
