According to part five of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for automatic check (verification) for data by means of the Single state web portal of electronic services with use of data from the Unified state demographic register, the enclosed State register of physical persons - taxpayers.

2. Determine that automatic verification (verification) of information about person who is final beneficial owner of the legal entity means of the Single state web portal of electronic services with use of data from the Unified state demographic register, the State register of physical persons - taxpayers is carried out to time of state registration:

1) formation of limited liability company, the acting on the basis of the model charter of limited liability company;

2) formation of legal entity (except limited liability company, the acting on the basis of the model charter of limited liability company) and modification of the information about the legal entity containing in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming, after ensuring technical capability of realization of such state registration with means of the Single state web portal of electronic services.
