No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 9, 2012 1403, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2012 at No. 1789/22101, to state Item 6 of the Section I of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market, in the following edition:
